GRIFFIN, Rosalie Patterson - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mrs. Rosalie V. Griffin of Veedersburg, age 42, died Tuesday afternoon, October 27, in Methodist Hospital at Indianapolis. She was born at Cayuga, September 22, 1939, the daughter of Vincent W. and Viola Delena Robinson Patterson. November 10, 1971, she married Eugene Griffin, who survives. Mrs. Griffin had been a nurse’s aide at Meadow Heights Nursing Home in Williamsport.

  Also surviving are two sons, Airman Richard D. Stonebraker stationed in the Philippine Islands and Russell E. Stonebraker of Attica; two brothers, Leon Patterson of Indianapolis and Lowell Patterson of Harrisburg, Illinois; one grandchild and 12 step grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at Dickerson Funeral Home in Veedersburg with Rev. William Ringgold officiating. Burial was in Floral Hill Cemetery at Hoopeston, Illinois. –s--
