  Rockville—Floyd R. Griffin, 54, Route 2, Rockville, died at 6:50 p.m. Saturday, May 20, 1989 in Clay County Health Center, Brazil, Ind.
  He was born May 27, 1934 in Parke County, the son of Thomas and Minnie Crowder Griffin. He was married June 18, 1952 to Joyce Morgan, who survives.
  He was a farmer, ferrier and a meatcutter.
   He was a member of the Midwestern Renegade Saddle Club, the Clay County Pleasure Riders, the Indiana Ferriers Association and the National Rifle Association.
  Surviving besides his wife are this mother, Minnie Nevins; a daughter, Elizabeth Boardman, Montezuma; three sons, Gregory, Rockville; Roger, St. Bernice, and Michael, Terre Haute; three brothers, Glenn Griffin, Attica; Thomas Griffin, Williamsport, and Charles Nevins, Alexandria, Va., and seven granddaughters.
  Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Butler Funeral Home, Rockville, with the Rev. J. R. Overpeck officiating. Burial was in Memory Garden Cemetery. – thanks to S
