GRIFFIN, Faye Baldwin - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Veedersburg, Ind. - Mrs. Faye Griffin, 72, of Veedersburg, died at 3:34 p.m. yesterday (March 23, 1967) at Lake view Memorial Hospital in Danville. She had been in failing health two years and seriously ill 19 days. She was born Nov. 29, 1894 in Warren county, a daughter of Albert and Sarah Truxell Baldwin. She was married Nov. 1, 1914 to Harvey Griffin who preceded her in death on Jan 7, 1965. Mrs. Griffin is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Edith Birge of Veedersburg: a son, Lavern(Dick) of Veedersburg; a brother, Jack Baldwin of Veedersburg; three sisters, Mrs. Phoebe Miller of Portland, Mrs. Inda Wood of Veedersburg, and Mrs Albert Craig of Veedersburg; six grandchildren and two great--grandchildren. Mrs. Griffin was a member of the Nazarene Church in Veedersburg. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Nazarene Church with the Rev. Omar Walters officiating. Burial will be in the Kingman Fraternal Cemetery. The body is at the Fishero Funeral Home where friends may call after 2 p.m. Saturday.  ---- thanks Beth R for typing:)
