GRESSMIRE, Joseph - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Joseph Gressmire, age 73, of Covington, died at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 18, at the Small Rest Home in Waynetown where he had been a patient since June 1965. He was born July 4, 1893, and never married. He lived in New Castle before moving to Covington. He is survived by one brother, Clifford, of Newport. Funeral services and burial were held with the Servies Funeral Home of Waynetown in charge. The Rev. Guy E. Tremaine officiated and burial was in the Thomas Cemetery at Newport. Pallbearers were friends from the Small Nursing Home, where Mr. Gressmire died. He had resided there for more than one year. Pallbearers were George Curles, Ralph Griffith, Felix Fullerton, and Frank Poignee.  --typed by Walt W
