Rosa A. Gremore, 82, of Attica Route 1, died Thursday Dec. 9, 1976 at her residence. She had been in failing health for the past two years. She was born in Knox County, Ind., on July 30, 1894, the daughter of John and Emma Emmons Seals. She married Louis Z. Gremore on Dec. 24, 1913, in Vincennes, Ind. He died in 1947. Mrs. Gremore was a past chief of the Pythian Sisters Lodge of Covington and a member of the Willing Workers of the Fountain Christian Church at Portland Arch. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Lowell (Burnis) Galloway of Williamsport, Mrs. Pauline Peyton of Attica Route 1, Mrs. Julia Marie Crum of Covington and Mrs. Lloyd (Emma) Shookman of Rancho Cordova Calif.; three sons, Raymond Gremore of New Market, Louis Gremore Jr. of Covington and Noble Gremore of Williamsport; two sisters, Goldie Lankford and Bernice Phillippi, both of Vincennes; two brothers, George and Ollie Seals, both of Vincennes; 17 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by seven brothers and a sister. Services at the DeVerter Funeral Home in Covington. Burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery.  --waw
