Veedersburg — Edward Greenley, 91 years old, died at his home here Friday at 5 p. m. Mr. Greenley had suffered a stroke several months ago and had been bedfast since. He was a retired farmer and Schoolteacher. He had taught school both in the Veedersburg area and in Kansas. Mr. Greenley attended grade school at Veedersburg and Central Normal college at Ladoga. He was a member of the Veedersburg E. U. B. church. Mr. Greenley was born on a farm near Veedersburg on Jan. 9, 1861, the son of Orsmus and Elizabeth Lyons Greenley. In 1884 he married Olive Carch. Surviving is a son, Master Sgt. Lawrence Greenley of Manchester, N. H., a sister, Mrs. Anna Wilkey, of Covington, three grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Monday at the Veedersburg E. U. B. church, Rev. Floyd Everly will be in charge, with burial in Rockfield cemetery.  --typed by Walt W
