Mrs. Pauline Green, 77 of 701 Summit St, Attica, died at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Danville at 9:45 p.m. Friday June 17, 1955. She had been in ill health for several weeks. She was born Sept 8, 1877 in Schoenberg, Germany the daughter of Anton and Madeline Schmidt. Survivors include two sons, Ralph Green at home and Paul Sullivan of --- Ill; one brother, Anton Schmidt of Schoenberg, Germany. Mrs. Green was a member of the St. Francis Xavier Church Altar and Rosary Society. Funeral services were held at the church at 9 a.m. Monday with the Rev. Richard Peutz officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery.
