GREEN, Kenneth Joseph

Perrysville, Ind.—Kenneth Joseph Green, 59, of Perrysville Route 1, died at 5:17 a.m. Sunday (July 14, 1974) at St. Elizabeth Hospital. He had been a patient wo weeks and ill three months.
Born Jan. 9, 1915, at Newfane, Ohio, he was the son of Alfred and Elsie Jones Green. On Feb. 16, 1936, he married Helen Mason, who survives.
A resident of the Perrysville area for 33 years, he formerly resided in the Oakwood-Muncie, Ill., area. He was a graduate of Oakwood High and a member of the Gessie United Methodist Church.
Other survivors include three sons, Larry, of West Point and Louis and Kenneth Jr., both of Crawfordsville, four sisters, Mrs. Euel (Pauline) McCoy and Mrs. Willard (Alice) Boyd, both of Danville, Mrs. Ralph (Anna Mae) Truex of Indianapolis and Mrs. Wilbur (Joyce) Millis of Armstrong, Ill.; a brother, Ralph of Pekin, Ill.; and 10 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services were at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home in Covington, with the Rev. Jerry Parritt and the Rev. Henry Karg officiating. Burial was in Lower Mound Cemetery. -s
