GREEN, Carl R. - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Carl R. Green of Terre Haute, age 71, died Saturday afternoon, March 21, in Union Hospital at Terre Haute. He was a member of Maplewood Christian Church, Redmen Lodge and Teamsters Local 144. He was a retired truck driver.

  Surviving are the widow, Opal; two daughters, Betty Michael of Terre Haute and Ava Dyer Riggs of Indianapolis; three sons, Bill of Covington, Carl W. of Georgetown, Kentucky, and Tom of St. Louis; a stepdaughter, Phyllis Killen of Terre Haute; a stepson, Bill Marts of Terre Haute; 14 grandchildren, four step grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Monday night at Bedino Peace Chapel in Terre Haute and on Tuesday afternoon at the Belmont Christian Church with burial in Bethel Cemetery at Belmont. – thanks to S
