William H. Gray, 83, died Monday at his farm home two and one-half miles northeast of Wallace.
He was born in 1875, the son of Abner and Minerva Stonebraker Gray. He had lived on the same farm all his life. He married Emma Wooley in 1901 in Wallace and she survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Forrest Gray of Waynetown and Frank Gray of Hillsboro; a daughter, Mrs. Fern Stockdale of Veedersburg; nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Services were held Thursday at the Servies Funeral Home, with burial in the Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. - jz
