Waynetown - Forrest Gray, 81, of Waynetown died at 5:35 a.m. Tuesday in St. Vincent Hospital at Indianapolis. He retired from RR Donnelley & Sons in 1968 after 24 years. He also worked as a distributor for Shell, Standard and Texaco Oil products and worked for Allison's Division at Indianapolis 1942-45.  He was a member of Waynetown Baptist Church, Friendly Circle Sunday School Class, Wallace Masonic Lodge, Wallace Low 12 Club, Waynetown Merchants Association and the Coffee Club at the Crackerbarrel Restaurant. He graduated from Wallace HS in 1921 and also graduated from Michigan State Automobile School at Detroit. Mr. Gray was born Jan 20, 1903, near Wallace, a son of William H. and Emma C. Wooley Gray. He was married to Ersie Shultz of Waynetown on Nov 12, 1924. She survives. Also surviving are two sons, Donald Dean of Noblesville and Paul of Gaston; a brother, Frank of Wallace; a sister, Mrs. Fern Stockdale of Hillsboro; 12 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Dale of Crawfordsville and a grandchild.  Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Thomas Funeral Home at Waynetown with Rev. James Hatfield officiating.  Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made in the form of contributions to the Diabetic Fund. - kbz
