PERRYSVILLE — Charlene (Knox) Graves, 53, Perrysville, died Friday, July 13, 2007 in Region Hospital, Terre Haute. She was born March 6, 1954 in Danville, Ill., the daughter of Kenneth and Virginia (Shelato) Knox. She was a 1972 graduate of North Vermillion High School and a resident of Perrysville most of her life. She had resided in Crawfordsville and in Texas. She was a member of Body of Christ Fellowship, Danville. She worked as a production worker for Crown and Cork and Krupp Gerlach. Survivors include: her mother, Virginia Knox, Perrysville; a daughter, Denise Renee (Deric) Harwood, Crawfordsville; three sisters, Donna (William “Buzz”) DeMotte, Kingman, Cheryl (Dave) Kincade, Williamsport, and Cynthia Sue (Scott) Grubbs, Tulsa, Okla., a brother, Kenneth W. (Diane) Knox, Brazil; and four grandchildren, Hailey Graves, Trystan Conkright, Katie Harwood, and Jordan Harwood. She was preceded in death by her father and a daughter. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Shelby Funeral Home, Covington, with Dr. Patsy Scering officiating. Burial was in Lower Mound Cemetery, Covington.
