VEEDERSBURG, Ind. (CNS) — Services and burial were held in Ohio for Wayne A. Grandstaff, 34, a former resident of the Veedersburg community, who died Wednesday (April 26, 1961) at his home in Dayton, Ohio, following a heart attack. Born Nov. 14, 1927, in Veedersburg, he was the son of Henry and Nellie Grandstaff. He attended Veedersburg schools. Survivors include his wife, Norma Jean; a son, Danny; two daughters, Donna and Dianna, all at home; his father, of Crawfordsville; three brothers, Orville of Muncie, Dea of Waveland and Noel of Crawfordsville, and four sisters, Mrs. Lydia Atkinson of Medway, Ohio, Mrs. Ruth Bentely of Crawfordsville, Mrs. Hildred Dobbles of Attica and Mrs. Deane Bowman of Wallace. He was preceded in death by his mother and two sisters. Mr. Grandstaff was a member of the Crystal Lake Fire Department and served as emergency ambulance driver for the rescue squad. --typed by Walt W
