GRAHAM, Buford - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Buford Graham of Wallace, age 81, died Sunday morning, August 28, at his home. He was born in Putnam County, June 30, 1902, the son of Thomas H. and Martha J. Northcut Graham. April 6, 1922, he married Mary Wilda Hedge, who survives. He was a retired farmer and truck driver.

  Also surviving are five daughters, Kathy Newlin and Ethel Duncan, both of Los Angeles, California, Mary Zachary of Oklahoma, Berta McAharen of New Palestine and Elise Hatzell of Indianapolis; eight sons, Thomas and Harvey, both of Jamestown, Ernest of Lebanon, Chris of Crawfordsville, Lester of Los Angeles, Richard of Kingman, Robert of Wallace and Howard of New Market; two sisters, two brothers, 33 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Wednesday morning at Thomas Funeral Home in Waynetown with Rev. Dorman Winger officiating. Burial was in Old Union Cemetery at Jamestown. -s-
