GRADY, Homer - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

ATTICA - Funeral services for Homer Grady, age 74, of 1005 S. Brady St., who died Wednesday evening, June 10, at the Community Hospital in Williamsport, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the DeSutter Funeral Home here. Ronny DeLong officiated and burial was in Riverside Cemetery. Mr. Grady, who had been hospitalized four weeks, was born near Veedersburg, Jan. 16, 1891, the son of Samuel and Virginia Clickner Grady. He was a former employee of the Harrison Steel Castings Co., and operated a service station in Attica until retiring in 1958. He was married in Veedersburg July 24, 1914 to Ethel Stewart, who survives. He was the last survivor of a family of nine children. He was a member of the Christian Church, the Attica Masonic Lodge and the Moose Lodge of Danville, Ill. - jlr
