BROWNSBURG — Donna Joan Gose, 66, 1202 Brownswood Drive, Brownsburg, died at 1:10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 2, 2000 at her residence. She was born Oct. 2, 1933, the daughter of Donald Burns and Mildred E. Hill Cook. She married Marvin O. Gose June 28, 1953 in Paris, Ill. He preceded in death Aug. 22, 1995. A life resident of Danville, Ill., she made her home with her daughter since June. She had been employed at General Electric for several years. She was a member of Northside Nazarene Church. She enjoyed CB and her call was Lady Luck. Survivors include: a son, Michael S. (Shirley) Grose, Danville, Ill.; a daughter; Debra (James) Rowley, Brownsburg; her mother, Mildred E. Cook, Chrisman, Ill.; four grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her father, and an infant sister and brother. Funeral services were at 11 a.m. Friday in Shelby Funeral Home, Covington, with Donald Williams officiating. Burial was in Lower Mound Cemetery, Covington. – jlr
