GOSE, Anton S.

Death claimed Anton S. Gose, 51, Covington Tuesday at his home north of Perrysville. Death was attributed to heart disease. Services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Crumley Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. Roscoe Russell of the Gospel Tabernacle. Burial was in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Mr. Gose was born December 3, 1891 in Kentucky, a son of Henry and Emeline Gose. He married Opal Cunningham who died 3 years ago.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Anita Baker and Joan Gose, and two sons, Anton, Jr. and Marvin, all of Covington. Also surviving are three stepchildren: Fred Oliphant of Danville; Donald Oliphant of Waterloo,
Iowa and Mrs .Pauline Martin of Covington.

Funeral services were held Wednesday to accomodate the son, Anton, Jr. who was inducted into the US Army last week and entered service at Ft. Benjamin Harrison Thursday.   --- transcribed by kbz
