 Charles Christopher Goodwin, 66, who resided at 710 N. 18th St. in Lafayette, a former patient at the meadow Heights Nursing Home in Williamsport, died at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette on Thursday, Sept. 11 at 6:20 a.m., having been a patient for one day. He had resided at Meadow Heights since August 8th of this year.
  He was born on May 21, 1909, the son of Joseph and Josephine Goodwin. He was married to Mary Margaret Conwell at Knox, Ind. She preceded him in death in March of 1973.
  He was an engineer in the boiler room at the Lafayette Soldier’s Home and was a Veteran of World War II.
  He is survived by 2 daughters, Pamela Christine and Desenee Dawn of RR#2, Attica, one-step daughter, Sheila Ray Edwards of Lafayette.
  One brother preceded him in death.
  Funeral services for Charles C. Goodwin, 66, of Lafayette who passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette, were held at the Dale Maus Funeral Home in Attica at 2 p.m. on Saturday with the Rev. Cloyd Kyger officiating.
  Serving as pallbearers were Roger George, Greg Seibold, Steve Seibold, Keith Morgan, Howard Keller and Darrell Baird.
  Burial followed in the Riverside Cemetery, Attica. – thanks to S
