Elizabeth A. Caldwell daughter Abraham and Elmira (Booe) Caldwell was born on a farm near Covington May 2, 1851 and died at her home in Veedersburg Indiana on the 9th of June 1909 age 58Y1M7D. When 16 she moved with her parents to a farm near Steam Corner. Here in her girlhood she confessed her faith in Christ and was baptized by Elder L.C. Warren and became a member of the Scott's Prairie Christian Church. On February 17, 1877 she united in marriage with J. Frank Glover. To this union was born one son, Ralph C. The husband and son survive her. Her sister, Margaret Foxworthy and half sister, Christian Bailey and two infant sisters preceded her. She leaves a half brother. William Caldwell of Texas a half sister, Mary Ellen Glascock and the following brothers and sisters: Kate Jones; Carrie Drollinger and Elvessie Ratcliff of this county; Frank Caldwell and Lucy Hersberger of Mo; Oliver and Marion Caldwell of California. Ine, as she was called by her nearest friends spent her life in this vincinity. She was known to all as a splendid Christian woman, a kind and helpful neighbor, a true friend and one ever ready to dispense sunshine and strew flowers all along the way. The world was better and happier by her having lived in it. She was afflicted for a long time, pitied by her friends, yet through it all beamed forth the cheer of her spirit of sunshine and joyous Christian hope and in this disposition suddenly passed to her reward in Heaven.
