Veedersburg, Aug 5- Robert C. Glascock, 73 for many years a resident of Veedersburg was fatally injured Saturday in an automobile accident at Maysville, KY where he had lived for the past 5 years. According to word received here, Mr. Glascock was driving into Maysville from the home of relaties nearby when the steering apparatus of his machine broke and the machine plunged over an embankment. He died a short time later. Mr. Glascock was born July 5, 1862 in Fleming County, KY the son of David and Teresa Glascock. When a small boy he moved to Fountain County with his parents. He was married to Flora Rayphole, who preceded her husband in death by five years. Following her death, Mr. Glascock moved back to the old home in Kentucky. The survivors include two sons, Frank of Chicago and Arnold of Danville, Ill and four brothers, Charles of Crawfordsville and Scott, Richard and Paul all of Maysville, KY. The body was brought back to Veedersburg and was taken to the H.C. Fishero Funeral Home. At 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon it will be removed to the Bonebrake Church south of Veedersburg on State Road 31 where funeral survices will be held with Rev. OW McGaughey in charge.
