Hillsboro, Sept 21 – John Glascock, 80, died at Culver Hospital, Crawfordsville late Tuesday afternoon.  He had been a patient there for the past 10 days and was suffering from a kidney infection.  Mr. Glascock had lived in this vicinity during his entire life and was a well known farmer before he retired and moved to this place about 25 years ago. He was a member of the local Christian Church.  Mr. Glascock was born on a farm south of here on December 7, 1862, the son of Daniel and Elzada Campbell Glascock. In 1883, he married Blanche Janeway who died on Sept 12, 1935.  He is survived by three grandchildren, Marion Daniel Glascock and Norma Jean Glascock, Hillsboro; Mrs. Elzada Templeton, Newcastle; and one great grandchildren. A son Joseph died in 1936. Funeral services were held at the home at 2:30 Thursday afternoon in charge of Rev. HA Davis. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery. - kbz
