Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at West and Parrish Funeral Home in Spencer, Ind., for Floyd W. Gilmore, 43, of Newton. He died at 5:45 p.m. Monday at the Danville Veterans Administration Hospital, where he had been a patient since July 15. Burial will be in Hudson Hill Cemetery and visitation will be after 2 p.m. today at the funeral home. Berhalter Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements. Gilmore served in the Air Force during the Korean War. Born May 1, 1935 in Indiana, he was a son of Harlan and Doris Leathers Gilmore. Survivors include his wife, Velma Patton Gilmore. - jlr
