Thursday -- Mrs. Clara Gilley, 78 died at 8:20 a.m Thursday in a hospital at Logansport. She was born 8-5-1882 near here, a daughter of Reverand Lewis and Elizabeth Sowers Hutts. She married John Henry Gilley who preceded her in death. Mrs. Gilley was a member of the Centennial EUB Church. Surviving are a brother, Clifford Hutts of Valparaiso and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, two brothers, two sisters, two half brother, and two half sisters. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Woodrow Funeral Home in Kingman with Rev. Conley Roland officiating. Burial in Centennial Cemetery.
