GILKEY, Emma Foxworthy - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Hillsboro April 13 - Mrs. William Gilkey died at her home here at 4:15 Sunday afternoon of complications.  She was born in Hillsboro 68 years ago and most of her life was spent here. She had been in poor health and for the past nine months had been bedfast. Deceased is survived by her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Frank Howard of Asheville, NC; three brothers, George and Dan (Foxworthy) of Hillsboro and Jack of Crawfordsville; three sisters, Mrs. ELizabeth Hedges of Covington; Mrs. Ned Brown of West Lebanon and Sibinia Gallagher of Urbana, Ill.  Funeral arrangements will not be completed until word is received from  Mrs. Howard advising the time of her arrival. - kbz
