Kathy Lynn Geisert, 10-year-old daughter of Leslie and Karen Gooden Geisert of Route 1, West Lebanon, died at 7:50 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30, at her home.  She had been ill seven years and critically ill the past month.  A life resident of Route 1, West Lebanon, she attended the Shawnee Learning Center near Attica for a brief time.  She also received her education through the Homebound program sponsored by Warren County Central Grade School..  She was a baptized member of the West Lebanon Presbyterian Church.   She was born April 21, 1974 in Danville.   Survivors include her parents; a sister, Dianne S., at home; a brother, Gary W., at home; maternal grandparents, E. D. and Joy Gooden, Route 1, West Lebanon; maternal great-grandfather, Orval Clark, West Lebanon; paternal grandparents, Stanley and Anna Geisert, north Terre Haute and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.   She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandmother and paternal great-grandparents.  Funeral services were held at the Fisher Funeral Home in Williamsport, Saturday, Feb. 2, with the  Rev. Loren E. Todd officiating.  Burial was in West Lebanon Cemetery.    The family requested that memorials be in the form of contributions to the West Lebanon Presbyterian Church. – S

She had been in ill health 7 years and critically ill one month. Born in Danville, Ill April 21, 1974 she had spent all her life in West Lebanon. She attended school at Shawnee Learning Center near Attica for a brief time and also received schooling through Home Bound School Program sponsored by Warren Central Elementary, West Lebanon. She attended West Lebanon, Presbyterian Church. Surviving with the parents are a sister, Dianne S. Geisert and one brother, Gary W. Geisert, both at home.

Geisert, Kathy - Friends may call at Fisher Funeral Home, Williamsport, after 4 p.m. today. Service there 11 a.m. Saturday the Rev. Loren Todd officiating. Interment West Lebanon cemetery. Also surviving are maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. ED Gooden of West Lebanon; paternal grandparents, Stanley and Anna Geisert of Terre Haute; and maternal great grandfather, Orval Clark of West Lebanon. Memorial donations may be made to West Lebanon Presbyterian Church.
