GEE, David (Rev)

Rev. David Gee of Junction City, Ohio, formerly of Williamsport, age 53, died Friday morning, July 9, while en route to hospital in Junction City. He was born near Williamsport, April 6, 1929, the son of Bruce and Ida Murphy Gee. He married Doris Norton, who survives. Educated in Marshfield Grade School, West Lebanon High School and Asbury College in Kentucky, he served as minister for two United Brethren in Christ churches in Junction City.

Also surviving are two daughters, Judy and Delores, both of Texas; a son, Daniel of Junction City; six sisters, Doris Inman of Marshfield, Eva Lape of West Lebanon, Luella Beardsley of Otterbein, Ann Wesley of Kramer, Cynthia Simonton and Rosemary Simonton, both of rural Williamsport; five brothers, Gordon of Oxford, Bruce of Covington, Richard of Marshfield, Howard and Frank, both of rural Williamsport.

Memorial services were held Monday afternoon at Galloway Chapel southwest of Marshfield with Rev. Grover Williams. Burial was in Junction City. – thanks to S
