William Clifford Fry of Attica, age 67, died Saturday morning, August 6, in Community Hospital in Williamsport. He was born in Missouri, August 28, 1915, the son of J. E. and Curra E. Brown Fry. May 26, 1946, he was married to Opal Switzer, who survives. Fry was a member of Attica First United Church and owner and operator of Fry Insurance Agency in Attica. A graduate of Richland Township High School and DePauw and Indiana Universities, he served with the Army Air Force in World War II.

  Also surviving are a daughter, Elissa Barnhart of Attica; a son, William C. of Dallas, Texas, his stepmother, Vivina M. Fry of Attica; and a grandson.

  Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at Maus Funeral Home in Attica with Rev. R. Larry Smith officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery at Attica. – thanks to S
