Danville, Ill.—Betty A. Filicsky, 61, Danville, died at 10:50 a.m. Monday, Jan. 16, 1989 at United Samaritans Medical Center, Logan Campus, Danville.
She was born March 15, 1927, in Westville, Ill., the daughter of Fred C. and Helen O. Alspugh Dudley. She was married Oct. 27, 1945 in Covington to Donald P. Filicsky, who survives.
She was an avid reader and enjoyed cooking. Her special interest was her family.
Surviving besides her husband are one son, Terry A., Fenton, Mo.; one daughter, Linda J. Filicsky, Danville; a brother, Ronald Dudley, Danville, and two grandchildren, Whitney and Derek Filicsky.
Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Thursday at Lakeside Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Lewis Root officiating. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery. -s
