Dwight Evans, 85, former Russellville and Crawfordsville resident, died Friday night in the Indiana Masonic Home at Franklin. His wife, Stella Donehew Evans, preceded him in death in 1950. Survivors include four children, Mrs. Helen Fulton of San Clemente, Calif., Donald L. Evans and Catherine Evans of Crawfordsville and Charles B. Evans of Culver City, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Ruth Smith of Portland, Ore.; a grandson, Daniel Joe Evans of Crawfordsville, and four nephews. Funeral services are announced for 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hunt and Son Funeral Home, where friends may call after 2 p.m. Monday. Rev. Larimore K. Wickett will officiate, and burial will be in Russellville Cemetery. – jlr
