THE REV. ISAAC EMBREE,  of Ridgefarm, Ill., died at his home in that city last Friday.  He was in his seventy-fifth year, and was widely known.  He was a preacher of the Newlight doctrine and was a devout worshipper of his Saviour.  Until  about six months ago he resided in this place. He had been afflicted for several years, having had a foot amputated in recent years as a result of gangrene poisoning.  A short time before his demise, he suffered an almost fatal stroke of paralysis from which he never wholly recovered. He is survived by a widow, who was his second wife, and one son, Zimrie, who lives near Silverwood, and three daughters, Mrs. J. T. Long, of Judson, Ind., Mrs. Charles Dillon of this place, and Mrs. Austin Henderson of Bloomington, Ind.  Funeral services were held at Yankee Point church near Ridgefarm, Ill., last Sunday,  Rev. F. L. Cook delivering the funeral sermon.   Interment was made in the Yankee Point cemetery. – thanks to S
