ELLINGWOOD, Clyde Daniel

Clyde Daniel Ellingwood, 72, custodian of the E.U.B. Church, was found dead Sunday morning in the basement of the church by children arriving for Sunday School.
Coroner Ralph Nelson investigated and attributed death to a heart attack.  He had left home about 8 a.m. to open the church.
Born March 4, 1888 in Veedersburg, he was the son of Newton and Elizabeth Lamb Ellingwood.  He was married November 14,
1910 to Ada Alston, who preceded him in death in 1959.
He had been employed at the Veedersburg Brick Co. for a number of years and had been custodian at the church since his retirement.
Survivors include nephews and cousins.
Services were held Wednesday at the Fishero Funeral Home with the Rev. J. S. Pritchard officiating.  Burial was in the Rockfield Cemetery.  - jz
