EITNER, Raymond A

Raymond A. Eitnier of Hillsboro, age 80, died Saturday afternoon, April 25, at his home. He was born in Iowa, July 23, 1901, the son of Forace and Mary Ziegler Eitnier. January 30, 1926, he married Agatha Oyler, who survives. A 1920 graduate of Hillsboro High School, he graduated in 1926 from Indianapolis School of Pharmacy and owned and operated the R. and A. Pharmacy in Hillsboro for more than 40 years, retiring in 1969.

Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Barbara Alward of Crawfordsville; two grandchildren, Patrick Alward of Fort Bliss, Texas, and Peggy Alward of Crawfordsville; and two nephews, Gerald Eitnier of Hillsboro and Dr. Samuel Eitnier of Indianapolis.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Crumley-Williams Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Rev. Dorman Winger officiating. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery at Hillsboro. – thanks to S
