EATON, Ellen Blacketer - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

VEEDERSBURG – Mrs. Ellen Eaton, 59, died Monday afternoon (Aug. 30, 1976) in her home in Veedersburg where she had lived for seven years. She had been ill for some time. Born Nov. 1, 1916 in Cates, she was the daughter of Pearl and Cenith Rickets Blacketer. She married Elmore Eaton, who survives. Also surviving is her mother, Cenith, of Veedersburg. She was a life Fountain County resident, living in Cates 52 years before she moved to Veedersburg. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, at Parham Funeral Home, with the Rev. Charles Wood officiating. Burial will be in Niccum Cemetery south of Rileysburg. Friends will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. – jlr
