West Lafayette - Forrest Wilson Duff 63 of 1512 Summit Drive, West Lafayette, died Sunday at Trinidad, Colo while he and his wife were visiting their daughter, Mrs. Robert (Dedra) Couey. Mr. Duff was a graduate of Purdue Univesrity and associate professor of civic engineering at Purdue. Mr. Duff held the rank of colonel while a career Army officer. He was a member of Central Presbyterian Church of Lafayette, F&AM Lodge 724, Elks Lodge 143, First Armored Division Association, Retired Army Officers Assoc and Theta Chi Fraternity. Born Sept 23, 1912 at Wolcott, he was the son of William C and Edith F. Duff. He married Wilma Barker on Sept 29, 1935 at Lafayette. Surviving are his wife, mother, a son Jon M. of Columbus, Ohio. Services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday at Hippensteel Funeral HOme of Lafayette with Rev. H. Kenneth McCullem officiating. Interment will be at Meadow Lake Cemetery near Wolton. Friends may call at the funeral home 5-9 p.m. Thursday.
