DROLLINGER, Herbert

Covington, April 3 – Herbert O. Drollinger, 71 who had been employed as operator of one of the city pumps died at 11 p.m. Saturday at his home here of a heart ailment. He was born Jan 23, 1873 south of Veedersburg, son of Reuben and Louise McNeese Drollinger. He was married in 1933 to Ella Ingram. Surviving are the widow; two sons, SS and Cecil of Champaign; a brother, Nyal of Los Angeles; two sisters, Mrs. Ora Montgomery of Chanute, Kan; Mrs. Della Crumley of Mellott; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; six stepchildren: Charles, Eugene, Loretta and Carl Ingram of Covington; Herschel Ingram of Danville and Harold Ingram with the Army in Virginia. Funeral services were at 1:30 pm. Tuesday at the Crumley Funeral Home in Covington with the Dr. Will J. Wright officiating. Burial in Bonebrake Cemetery south of Veedersburg.
