Waynetown - Hansel D. Dove, 88, of Rt. 1, Waynetown died Saturday in Ben Hur Nursing Home at Crawfordsville. Hew as a member of Hillsboro United Methodist Church, charter member of Come-Join-Us Class of the church and a charter member of Fountain County Farm Bureau. He was born near Tangier on Nov 5, 1888, a son of Robert and Mary Lindley Dove. He was married to Alta D. Haven (DeHaven) on Dec 6, 1915 at Covington. She died in 1972. Surviving are two sons, Harold L. and Arnold W. of Indianapolis, and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 5 brothers and a grandchild. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Hillsboro United Methodist church with Rev. Ernest Hayden officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the Crumley-Williams Funeral Home at Hillsboro. -s

Hansel D. Dove, 88, of Waynetown Route 1, died Saturday morning, Jan. 1, 1977 at the Ben Hur Nursing Home in Crawfordsville.
  He had been in failing health for several years.
  Mr. Dove was a member of the Hillsboro United Methodist Church and a charter member of the Fountain County Farm Bureau. He had lived in Waynetown for 32 years after moving from the Hillsboro area.
  He attended Tangier School.
  Born Nov. 5, 1888, he was the son of Robert and Mary Ann Lindley Dove.
  He married Alpa DeHaven on Dec. 6, 1915, in Covington. She preceded him in death on July 29, 1972.
  Surviving are two sons, Harold L. and Arnold W., both of Indianapolis. There also are four grandchildren. One granddaughter preceded him in death. -s
