DOLPH, Clifford - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Clifford Dolph, 59, veteran of World War I and city employee died at 10 p.m. Thursday of a heart attack.  He was stricken on a downtown street and died in the office of Dr. Gilbert Himebaugh where he was taken for treatment.  Mr. Dolph had been employed by the city light and water department and substituted as policeman.  He was born April 1, 1888 in Veedersburg son of Fred and Lettie Keplinger Dolph and was married in 1916 to Leota Kelley, Kokomo who survives.  He also leaves his father at Veedersburg: five children, Chester, Betty, Billy, Paul and Henry, all at Kokomo; two half-sisters, Mrs. Jettie Rinbolt, Indianapolis and Mrs. Anna Johnson, Kokomo and three half brothers, William Shipman, Kenosha, Wisconsin and Alva and Russell Dolph, Veedersburg.  The body was taken to the Fishero Funeral Home where services were held Sunday afternoon with burial at Bonebrake cemetery. thanks to Bren M for sending this one ~~~Transcribed and Type by KBZ
