DODRILL, Laura Haas - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Laura Dodrill of RR 4, Veedersburg, age 59, died Sunday afternoon, January 9, in St. Elizabeth Hospital at Danville, Illinois. She was born at Veedersburg, February 22, 1923, the daughter of Leroy and Carrie Leona King Haas. September 16, 1979, she married Fred Dodrill, who died November 11, 1981. Mrs. Dodrill attended Veedersburg schools and had worked as a presser with Paris Cleaners.

  Survivors include two daughters, Gloria Jean Gaines of rural Camby and Kathy Ann Brewer of Covington; two sisters, Maxine Fix of RR 4, Veedersburg, and Marie Rennick of Attica; and four grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Wednesday morning at Maus Funeral Home in Attica with Rev. Ken Burris officiating. Burial was in Rockfield Cemetery near Veedersburg. – thanks to S
