HILLSBORO, Ind. (CNS) — Robert E. Dinsmore, 85, died about 7 p.m. Tuesday (March 11, 1969) at the Americana Rest Home, Urbana. He had been in failing health six months. Born Jan. 5, 1884 at Chrisman, Ill., he was the son of Ray and Sarah Tustison Dinsmore. Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Mabel D. Glascock of Waynetown, Mrs. Katherine Noaks of Muncie and Mrs. Madge Tarver of Kissimmee, Fla. He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. Mr. Dinsmore was a member of the United Methodist Church of Chrisman. He had lived in Hillsboro since 1953, when he retired from Warner-Gear of Muncie. He attended Chrisman Elementary Schools. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Crumley-Williams Funeral Home, with the Rev. Arthur Schenck officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Chrisman. Hillsboro – Funeral services for Robert E. Dinsmore, age 85, a resident of Hillsboro since 1953 who died at 7 p.m. Tuesday March 11 at the Americana Rest Home in Urbana, Illinois were held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Crumley-Williams Funeral Home here. The Rev. Arthur Schenck officiated and burial was in Woodland Cemetery at Chrisman, Ill.  Mr. Dinsmore who had been ill about six months was born Jan 5, 1884 at Chrisman, the son of Ray and Sarah Tustison Dinsmore.  He was a member of the United Methodist Church at Chrisman and attended Chrisman elementary school. Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Mabel D. Glascock of Waynetown; Mrs. Katherine Noakes of Muncie and Mrs. Madge Tarver of Kissimmee, Fla. He was preceded in death by two brother and two sisters. Funeral services were 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Crumley-Williams Funeral Home with Rev. Arthur Schenck officiating. Burial was in Woodland Cemetery in Chrisman. – kbz
