Donald Edward Dillon, 34 years old and a well known Kingman automobile dealer, died at his home in Kingman at 11 o’clock on Wednesday July 2 after nearly 20 years of ill health. He had suffered with a heart ailment since high school days. He was born near Kingman on Jan 24, 1918 the son of Logan and Chloe Printy Dillon. He was married in 1937 to Miss Mildred Newnum who survives with one daughter, Patty, three sons, Jackie, Joe and John. Also surviving are the father and three sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Ewbank of Cayuga; Mrs. Lucille Mann and Miss Betty Dillon of Kingman; two brothers, Robert of Covington and Gordon of Kingman and the maternal grandmother, Mrs. Mary A. Printy. The mother and one brother preceded Mr. Dillon in death. He was a member of the Knights of Pythias Lodge and was a member of the Kingman town board last year. Because of ill health he disposed in the International Harvester dealership in Kingman and removed to Phoenix Ariz a few years ago where he had business interests but later returned to Kingman and entered the automobile business. Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in the Kingman EUB Church with Rev. IC Alderton officiating. Interment took place in the Kingman EUB Church with Rev IC Alderton officiating. Interment took place in the Kingman Fraternal cemetery with the Woodrow Funeral Home in charge.
