DILLMAN, John

JOHN DILLMAN, 50 years old, of Cayuga, a section foreman employed by the C. & E. I. Railroad was shot and instantly killed in a saloon at Danville, Ill., shortly after 7:30 o’clock last Friday night, and John Hoskins, manager of the saloon, residing in South Danville, is held by the police as the slayer of Dillman.
Hoskins confessed that he shot Dillman, who, Hoskins declares, had previously made some insulting remarks regarding Mrs. Hoskins.
Dillman was married and is survived by a widow and four children, who reside at Cayuga. Hoskins has four children.
