Ida Bell Dill, 89, formerly of 506 N. 6th St., Attica, who had been residing at Woodland Manor Nursing Center, Attica, since July 29, died there, Wednesday, Aug. 6, at 6:15 p.m.She was born at Riverside Oct. 31, 1896, the daughter of William C. and Harriett Kiser Hysong. She formerly lived in Riverside but had resided in Attica most of her life.She attended school in the Riverside area and was a housewife.She was a member of Riverview United Methodist Church, Riverside Ladies Aid and Riverside Home Economics Club.She loved flowers.She was married June 17, 1916, in Lafayette, to Robert A. Dill, who preceded her in death July 4, 1980.Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Mitton, Attica, and Mrs. Lee (Mary Lou) Grimes, Lafayette; one son, Max Dill, Attica; one sister, Mrs. Hazel Kirts, Route 2, Attica, 18 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by one son and one daughter.Friends may call at the Maus Funeral Home, Attica, from 6-9 p.m. today (Friday). Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m.. Saturday in the Maus Chapel with the Rev. Edward Bennett officiating. Burial will in Riverside Cemetery, Attica.Those so desiring may contribute in memoriam to the Fountain County Cancer Society or the charity of heir choice.
