Mrs. Dorothy Ann Dickerson, 38, of 109 W. Jefferson St., died Tuesday morning at her home here. She had been ill the past three months. Mrs. Dickerson was the wife of Howard Dickerson. They were married Nov. 14, 1952, in Crawfordsville. Born April 5, 1931, near Wallace, Mrs. Dickerson was the daughter of Basil and Blanche Palmer Meadows. She graduated from Alamo High School. Mrs. Dickerson was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church. She was also a member of the Sugar Creek Campers and Hikers organization. She was employed at R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co. from 1950 to 1953. Mrs. Dickerson was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and a brother. Survivors in addition to the husband are three sons, Gerald, Ronald and Randy, all at home. Also surviving are four brothers, Palmer Meadows and Robert Meadows, both of Crawfordsville, Paul Meadows of Waveland and Horace Meadows of Veedersburg, and four sisters, Mrs. Lois Lewellen of Romney, Mrs. Kathryn Bishop and Mrs. Ruth Wilkinson, both of Crawfordsville and Mrs. Jewel Caldwell of Carpentersville, Ill. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Bernard Church with Rt. Rev. Msgr. Henry F. Ward officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery here. Friends may call at the Hunt & Son Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Wednesday. The rosary will be recited al the funeral home at 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Veedersburg – Funeral services for Mrs. Howard (Dorothy Ann) Dickerson, age 38 of Crawfordsville sister of Horace Meadows of Veedersburg Rt 1 who died Thursday morning Dec 2 at her home, were held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Bernard Church Crawfordsville with the Rt Rev Msgr Henry F. Ward officiating. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery, Crawfordsville with the Hunt & Son Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Dickerson was born April 5, 1931 near Wallace the daughter of Basil and Blanche Palmer Meadows. She graduated from the Alamo HS. She was a member of the St. Bernard Catholic Church and also a member of the Sugar Creek Campers and Hikers Organization. She was employed at RR Donnelley & Sons from 1950-56.
