Mrs. Nellie Dice, 79, life resident of the Veedersburg community, died Thursday at the Grant St. Nursing Home in Crawfordsville.
Born near Hillsboro, June 27, 1878, she was the daughter of John and Mrs. Lawson Miller.  She was married November 24, 1898 to Boswick Dice, who preceded her in death June 1, 1946.
Mrs. Dice was a member of the Stone Bluff Evangelical United Brethren Church, the Ladies Aid of the Church and the Bonebrake Cemetery League. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Leslie, at the age of 2 years.
Only survivors are three cousins, Mrs. Glen Marquess of Tangier, Mrs. Clarence Rusk of Waynetown and Mrs. Freeman Lawson of Wingate.
Services were held at the E.U.B. Church at Stone Bluff Saturday afternoon with the Fishero Funeral Home in charge.  Burial was at Campbell's Chapel Cemetery.  - jz
