George Dice one of the oldest and most respected residents of Stone Bluff died at his home at that place at 6:30 o’clock on Wednesday morning, following an illness of several weeks. He was in his 80th year and since his retirement from active work on his farm near here, a decade ago had been making his home there. He is survived by a widow and 9 children. No arrangements were made for the funeral at the time of this writing. --- kbz
