Frank Deth, 58, cashier of the Hillsboro State Bank was found dead in bed at his home in Hillsboro about 8 p.m. Saturday.  Neighbors became uneasy after not seeing any stir around his home during the day and Charles McCauley who resides across the street from the Deth home and John W.  Lowe, assistant cashier of the bank entered the home after they were unable to arouse him.  A Hillsboro physician made an examination and stated he had died sometime during the night Friday, July 20.  Mr. Deth lived alone.  Mr. Deth had been suffering from a heart ailment for more than two years and recently was a medical patient at Lake View Hospital, Danville, Ill.  He was improved and had expected to resume his work at the bank.  Born Aug 7, 1892, in Hillsboro he was the son of Allen and Malissa Murdock Deth.  He was first married to Ruby Murphy of Mellott and following her death to Helen Gray of Veedersburg who also preceded in death by a son of his first marriage, Francis Leon Deth who died at the age of 7.  Cousins are the only survivors.  Funeral rites were held at Crumley Funeral Home at 2 p.m.. Monday with Rev. Guy Walters of Mellott in charge. - kbz
