DeROSIER, Mary Epperson Caster - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

MELLOTT — Mrs. Mary DeRosier, 79, a native and former resident of near Hillsboro, died Sunday at the home of her son, Edwin Caster of Miami, Fla., where she had lived since the death of her husband, Max DeRosier, last March. She was a graduate of Hillsboro High School and the Conservatory of Music at Indianapolis. A daughter of William and Sabina Campbell Etterson (sic - believed to be Epperson), she was born in Fountain County on June 16, 1891. She married Carl W. Caster in 1915. Her second marriage, with Mr. DeRosier, was in May, 1945. They lived in Orlando, Fla., until his death. Survivors include the son, two grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Flora Carpenter of Mel- lott. Memorial services will be conducted in Miami with grave- side rites in Orlando. Other funeral arrangements are incomplete. -- typed by: Chris M.
