Attica – Mrs. Margaret DeHaven, age 91, of Attica died at 6:40 a.m. Thursday July 18 at the Community Hospital in Williamsport where she had been a patient five weeks. She had been ill since September. Mrs. Delaney was born Nov 4, 1877 in Catlin, Ill, the daughter of John and Mary White Martin. She married James Delaney in 1897. He preceded her in death in 1947. She was a member of the Williamsport Christian Church. Surviving are two daughters Mrs. Helen Harris of Miami, Fla and Mrs. Ruth Kuntz of Attica; three grandchildren and 10 great. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Roemer Funeral Chapel here. The Rev. Harry Randolph officiated and burial was in the West Lebanon cemetery. - kbz
