DeBRUICKER, Vincent - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Attica – Vincent P. DeBruicker, 76 formerly of the Attica and Otterbein areas died at 8:16 p.m. Tuesday Nov 7 in Sarasota, Fla where he was living. He formerly owned and operated the Standard Oil Gas Station in Attica and retired in 1974 as owner and operator of DeBruicker Real Estate in Sarasota.  Born Jan 23, 1919 in Attica, he grew up in Attica, graduated from Attica HS and moved to Otterbein from Attica. He moved to Sarasota in 1951. He married Katherine Hudson in Waynetown. She died in 1976.  Mr. DeBruicker was a member of Incarnation Catholic Church and the American Legion. He served in the Army during WWII.  Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Loretta Shupert of Plymouth and two sons, David P DeBruicker and Darryl R. DeBruicker both of Sarasota. Services are in Attica on Saturday. - kz
