Veedersburg - Harold DeATH, 63, of 310 N. College, Veedersburg, died at 5:35 p.m. Saturday in St. Elizabeth Hospital, Danville, Ill. He was owner and operator of the DeAth Garage in Veedersburg until he retired. He was a member of the Methodist United Church of Christ, Charles Forrest Post American Legion in Veedersburg and VFW of Covington. Born in Fountain County July 22, 1907, son of Fred and Oraph Quigle DeAth. He was married to Jeanne Murrin on Dec 27, 1941 in Palmyra, Mo. Surviving are the wife, two uncles and an aunt. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday at Parham Funeral Home here with Rev. Vernon Souder officiating. Burial will b ein Rose Hill Cemetery at Hillsboro with military graveside rites.
